Salon Undercut isn’t your typical hair salon. Based in Kayl, Luxembourg, it’s bold, unpolished, and proud to do things differently, from its laid-back atmosphere to its minimalist branding and unapologetically cool take on hair culture.

Our goal was to turn that unique energy into a digital presence that feels just as confident and effortless. We created a content and social media strategy that mirrors the salon’s vibe: raw, stylish, and refreshingly real. Through a mix of organic storytelling and conversion-focused ads, we helped Undercut show up online in a way that speaks directly to the people they want in their chairs.
Today, social media has become a key touchpoint for both discovery and booking. Many new clients now find the salon through its content or ads, and the online presence plays an increasing role in turning interest into appointments. The content builds local awareness, communicates the salon’s distinct vibe and helps future clients feel a sense of connection with the brand before they ever step inside.

But we didn’t stop at social. We expanded the brand’s visual language and helped bring it into the salon experience, from branded screen content to consistent, in-salon messaging, creating a seamless connection between the digital world and real-life visits.
